Campus Emergency Procedures
馃敀 Lockdown Procedures
If you receive a lockdown alert:
- Stay where you are - do not leave your building
- Lock doors and move away from windows
- Stay quiet and wait for official instructions
- Do not let anyone in unless directed by law enforcement
- Follow instructions from emergency personnel
馃殴 Evacuation Procedures
When fire alarms sound or evacuation is ordered:
- Exit immediately using nearest safe exit
- Do not use elevators
- Gather personal items quickly (phone, keys, ID)
- Go to designated assembly areas
- Check in with Building Emergency Coordinators (orange vests)
- Wait for all-clear before returning to building
