What is something you wish everyone knew about your major? Something I wish everyone knew about my major (Applied Human Biology) is that I get an in-depth education in physics, biology, chemistry, psychology, and quite a bit of theology being at SPU.

What was your most impactful class or professor? I had so many impactful classes and professors! Interpersonal communication with Dr. Purcell was great! So was bioethics with Dr. Tenlen and UFND3000 with Dr. Sigler. Also Dr. Cannavan is absolutely great and everyone in the exercise science department is so smart and has their priorities straight with God. So do all of the professors here. Dr. Linberg and Dr. Goodhew in physics are also wonderful. Wow this is making me realize I have had a lot of professors.

What are you excited for in your future career? I am going to be a physical therapist. I am excited for the variety of ɬÀï·¬ I will get to work with and all the applicable stuff I will learn. I am excited to do work that feels like a calling.

What advice do you have for incoming students? College is hard. Explore your faith. God is good all the time and loves you. Take care of yourself and make a sleep routine that is tailored to your needs. Sleep is so, so important.

How have you grown during your time at SPU? I have grown spiritually. I have become more educated on other cultures and ɬÀï·¬'s unique stories. I have learned how to be independent and solve problems that I initially had no idea how to start on.
