SPU Parents Prayer Network
ɬÀï·¬ is excited to relaunch the quarterly Parent Prayer Network — an opportunity to come alongside your student in prayer throughout the academic year. Each quarter, parents and family members who’ve signed up will receive a short list of timely, practical suggestions for how you can pray for students, faculty, and staff during the academic year.
This resource will be written by the Rev. Greg Asimakoupoulos, a 1974 SPU graduate, longtime author, and retired pastor. With over four decades of ministry experience in California, Illinois, and Washington, Greg now serves as ɬÀï·¬ Pacific’s volunteer alumni ambassador. A passionate advocate for encouraging prayer and spiritual connection within the SPU community, he brings warmth, insight, and pastoral care to each newsletter.

SFS: New tuition due date to support smoother start
Beginning Autumn Quarter 2025, ɬÀï·¬ will adjust its tuition due-date schedule to better align with practices at many other universities.
Student account statements will be emailed on Aug. 20, and payment will be due by Sept. 10 — four weeks earlier than in previous years. This updated timeline ensures that all charges — tuition, fees, housing, meals, and more — are settled before students arrive on campus and the quarter begins.
This change is intended to support a smoother start to the academic year by resolving financial matters ahead of time. If you have questions or need support, SPU’s Student Financial Services team is ready to help. Visit Student Financial Services for account information and resources, including the year’s payment deadlines.
