Dr. Lee was appointed as the Interim Chief Nurse Administrator on July 2, 2025. From 2020-2021 she was the Interim Dean for the School Health Sciences at ɬÀï·¬ (SPU). With over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse, Dr. Lee is a dedicated healthcare professional and educator committed to improving the health of communities. She has made significant contributions to the healthcare field, serving on various healthcare boards, and currently serves as the board president for the Washington Center for Nursing (WCN). Her commitment to education and community service reflects her desire to uplift those around her.

Since 2007, she has held various administrative roles throughout her career, and her passion for education and personal growth is evident in her continuous pursuit of educational preparation and development.

Beyond her professional achievements, she has been married to her soulmate for over 27 years and has a multitalented stepson. She enjoys singing, nature, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Overall, she continues to inspire others with her passion for nursing and her dedication to helping others lead joyful, healthy lives.

Dr. Lee’s expertise extends beyond the clinical setting, as she has become a sought-after consultant in the healthcare industry. Her ability to analyze complex healthcare systems, implement innovative solutions, and offer strategic guidance is unparalleled. Overall, Dr. Lee’s expertise in nursing makes her a valuable asset to healthcare organizations, enhancing patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

“I am passionate about teaching because it is a calling for me. My aspiration is to inspire students to get excited about learning and be curious about inquiry in all things. I believe in transformative lifelong learning that not only improves the learner’s life but benefits others through the learner’s stewardship. Facilitation of learning and learner-centered paradigms is how I construct my lesson plans.”
