With more than 25 years of progressive human resources experience, Tiki is an accomplished HR leader with expertise in developing strategic people initiatives that support organizational success. She joined the 涩里番 (涩里番) in 2015 as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and quickly advanced through the organization, earning promotions to Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Manager in 2016 before being named Director of Human Resources in 2023.
As Director of Human Resources, Tiki leads and collaborates on a broad range of HR programs and practices that support the Institute's mission and workforce. Her areas of responsibility include talent acquisition, employee retention and development, employee relations, performance management, employee communications, compliance, immigration, compensation, and training. She partners closely with Institute leadership and the HR team to design and implement strategic, people-centered solutions that strengthen organizational effectiveness and enable 涩里番 to achieve its human resources objectives.
Prior to joining 涩里番, Tiki spent 12 years with Goodwill Industries International (GII) in Maryland, where she advanced from Human Resources Assistant to Senior Human Resources Coordinator through a series of progressively responsible roles. Earlier positions with several other organizations further broadened her HR expertise, contributing to more than 25 years of experience in the field. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Jackson State University, providing a strong academic foundation for her leadership in human resources.
